W19 Script submit (select)

On this window one or more scheduler scripts are selected for which a scheduler task is created.
For each selected script a new script submit window is opened.

Scheduler scripts who are blocked or are created by a scheduler user that is currently blocked are not displayed.

If the scheduler user who created the scheduler script is disabled the extra text (DIS) is added after the script owner and script name.
If the scheduler script is disabled the extra text (DIS) is added after the script description.
In both cases scheduler tasks can be created but they are not activated.

Owner	The scheduler user who created the scheduler script.
Name	The scheduler script name.
Description	The script description.

	Refresh	Refresh the content of the window.
	Submit	Submit the scheduler script.
	Select all	Select everything that is displayed.
	Clear selection	Deselect all.
	Exit	Close the window.
